Private Pay Practice
I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. This allows me to focus entirely on your care without limitations imposed by insurance companies.
Superbills for Reimbursement
After each session, I provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement (typically 50-80% depending on your plan).
I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

Sliding Scale: I believe therapy should be accessible. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to discuss sliding scale options during your consultation.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I understand plans change. Please provide:
24 hours notice
to cancel or reschedule without charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services.
